This is a contest that sets a fire under under the feet of small NGOs around the world to fundraise. The goal is to get 50 donors and $4,000 raised in the first month after joining GlobalGiving. If you can’t get 50 donors, you have to keep trying and participate in our training sessions.

Compared to the $50,000 goals people often set for themselves, getting $4,000 seems like nothing. But it’s like what they say about making your first million. You need to learn how to make a buck first.
